This policy explains what TradeDoc (“we”), operated by NextStarAI, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data: your name and email when you create an account.

Documents you save: the trade documents you create or import while signed in, stored so you can access them later. These are private to your account.

Usage analytics: anonymous events about how the product is used (for example, that a document was parsed and how many fields were found) — never the contents of your documents.

Payment data: if you subscribe, billing is processed by Stripe; we receive your subscription status, not your full card details.

Anonymous parsing stores nothing

When you use the public parser without an account, your uploaded file is processed in memory and discarded. We do not store the file or its contents.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the product secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your document contents to train machine-learning models.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate the product — including Stripe (payments) and our managed application/database hosting. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and saved documents until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@nextstarai.com.
