These terms govern your use of TradeDoc (“the service”), operated by NextStarAI. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any documents you upload.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload or create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (such as storing and processing your documents to provide features you use).

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans include monthly document and AI-credit allowances; usage beyond your plan may require an upgrade. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Accuracy & your responsibility

TradeDoc extracts and formats data automatically and will not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing every document before relying on it or submitting it for customs, banking, or any official purpose. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextStarAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from errors in generated documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be communicated. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
